What does a product do to a city? This course treats cities as complex adaptive systems and products as interventions in those systems — with consequences that radiate outward well beyond the use case. Students build literacy in urban systems thinking and apply it to platform urbanism, micromobility, smart infrastructure, and the politics of regulation.
