Organizational Design for Product Teams

A seminar on Conway's Law, team topology, and the agentic era

Organizations are products. This course applies Conway's Law, the Rule of Seven, and platform team theory to real product org design — from four-person startups to four-hundred-person enterprises to the emerging challenge of designing organizations that include AI agents as collaborators. Students produce an original org design proposal and defend it in a mock board review.
